Web Developer/SEO Specialist

ExploreAnywhere, the leader in Internet Monitoring and Spy software, is seeking an experienced Web Developer and SEO Specialist in the Boston area.

Basic Position Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years web development using HTML and at least one scripting language (Perl, PHP, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, etc.).
  • Experience with web design tools such as Photoshop, Fireworks, and Flash.
  • Experience with a relational database backend such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Graphics Design or related fields or equivalent combination of education and work experience.


Security Software Sales

ExploreAnywhere is currently seeking an experienced individual to manage and direct a new sales division. We are seeking a skilled and motivated salesperson with past success selling software or related products. The candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Basic Position Requirements:

  • Generate a pipeline of qualified prospects through individual efforts, referrals, partner alliances, Ross marketing programs, etc.
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor a sales strategy to meet those needs.
  • Travel to customer locations for sales calls and meetings.
  • Support tradeshows and other product demonstrations events.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals.
  • Complete accurate and timely reports required by management.
  • Meet sales goals within assigned territories.


Technical Support Engineer

The Support Engineer is responsible for assisting customers over the phone and Internet with hardware and software issues related to the ExploreAnywhere product line. He or she is responsible for ticket logging, problem resolution/escalation and customer follow-up.

The ideal candidate will possess good organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task and take the initiative in a fast-paced, learn-as-you-go environment. The Support Engineer should be able work independently and be able to manage their assigned tasks from start to finish.

Basic Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and experience supporting PC hardware and software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows XP and Vista
