Keylogger Pro is an advanced, low level stealth keystroke
monitoring application written for the Windows operating system.
Keylogger Pro allows you to secretly record ALL keystrokes typed
on your PC without the user ever knowing! Keylogger Pro also
includes advanced stealth mode features to prevent users and/or
programs from detecting and disabling it, an e-mail delivery

spouses, or for your own personal use to backup all of your

2. Install/Uninstall
2.1 Installing Keylogger Pro
Keylogger
Pro can be installed by running the keyloggerpro-setup.exe
or keyloggerpro-setup-sw.exe file depending on which version
of the software you have downloaded (either the full version
or the trial version).
2.2 Uninstalling Keylogger Pro
To
uninstall Keylogger Pro, you can simply use the Add/Remove
Programs tool inside the Windows Control Panel. If you opted
to NOT include an uninstaller, you can simply delete the files
off your PC manually by navigating to the directory you installed
the files into and deleting each file.

3. Using
Keylogger Pro
3.1 Settings Your Personal Password
When
you run Keylogger Pro for the first time, you will be prompted
to setup your password. It is important you remember your
password, because it is used to start and stop Keylogger Pro
from monitoring a machine. Your password is CASE SENSITIVE,
and should be four or more numbers/letters long. Remember,
the harder the password is, the harder it is for someone to
guess it!
Note:
You can at any time change/set your password by clicking the
Options button, followed by "Set/Change Administrator
Password"
3.2 Starting Keylogger Pro
Before
starting Keylogger Pro's monitoring process, ensure you have
configured it completely to your liking. When you are ready
to being monitoring the PC, click the "Start" button
and enter in your password! Keylogger Pro will now begin monitoring
your PC - assuming you inputted the correct password.
3.3 Stopping Keylogger Pro
To
stop Keylogger Pro from monitoring, click the "Stop"
button. You will be prompted for your password. After you
input your password, Keylogger Pro will stop recording keystrokes
on your PC.

4. Managing/Viewing
Recorded Keystrokes
4.1 Viewing Keystroke Logs
To
view keystroke logs, simply click the icon labeled "View
Keys" on the main Keylogger Pro interface. This will
bring up the keystroke log viewer window. All you need to
do is select which window you wish to view keystrokes from
to view their corresponding keystrokes.
Note:
Keylogger Pro must NOT be in monitoring mode! If it is, you
will need to Stop the monitoring mode in order to proceed.
4.2 Sorting Keystroke Logs
At
any time you can sort the Keystroke Log results by clicking
the "Sort Log Data" button at the bottom of the
Keystroke Log Viewer window. In the window that appears, simply
select the date you wish to review log data from, and click
"OK"!
4.3 Clearing Keystroke Logs
You
can clear the keystroke logs Keylogger Pro has recorded by
clicking the "Clear Logs" button at the bottom of
the Keystroke Log Viewer window.
4.4 Exporting Keystroke Logs
Keylogger
Pro offers two methods for exporting:
4.5.1
Export Currently Viewed Keystroke Log
By
clicking the "Export" button at the bottom of
the Keystroke Log Viewer window, this will allow you to
export only the current log that you are viewing.
4.5.2
Export ALL Keystroke Logs
By
clicking the "Export All" button at the bottom
of the Keystroke Log Viewer window, Keylogger Pro will export
ALL of the keystroke logs to a directory which you specify.

5. E-Mail
Delivery
5.1 What is E-Mail Delivery?
The
e-mail delivery feature inside of Keylogger Pro allows you
to have all the recorded keystrokes sent to you via e-mail
at a remote location while it is monitoring a machine. You
may also have a list of Keylogger Pro actions sent, as well
as a current screen capture of the computers desktop.
You
can configure the E-Mail Delivery settings by clicking the
"E-Mail Deliver" button on the main Keylogger Pro
interface and select the appropriate configuration window
(either general or advanced).
5.2 What Can be Sent Via E-Mail?
The
following can be sent via e-mail...
- Keystroke
Activity Logs
- Desktop
Screen Shot
- Keylogger
Pro Actions Activity Log
And,
after a SUCCESSFUL e-mail delivery, Keylogger Pro is able
to clear ALL keystroke log data off your PC. This is good
if the machine in question has limited disk space.
5.3 Configuring E-Mail Settings
Inside
the SMTP or POP Settings (General/Advanced E-Mail Delivery
Options) window, you are greeted with a series of input fields.
You MUST enter the values into these values correctly, otherwise
you will NOT receive e-mail updates. If you are unsure of
the the fields (such as your SMTP host or POP3 account information),
contact your system administrator or your ISP - they will
be able to give you this information.
Tip:
If you are not sure what to fill in for these windows, you
can always extract your e-mail settings from your current
e-mail client (Such as Outlook, Eudora, Netscape, etc). Please
do not contact us requesting this information - we do not
have access to it!
5.4 Testing your E-Mail Settings
To
test your e-mail settings, click the "Advanced"
button inside the General E-Mail Delivery Options screen,
and click "Test E-Mail Delivery Settings". If everything
works - you should receive a notification stating the test
was complete. If something failed - consult your ISP or system
administrator with the error message you received and ask
them for the correct info.
Note:
It is always best to test your settings each time you change
them. If you don't, you risk the chance of mistyping something,
and thus, not receiving the logs via e-mail.
6. Keylogger
Pro Options/Settings
6.1 Explanation Of Options
The
following options and settings can be found by clicking the
"Options" button on the main Keylogger Pro interface,
followed by clicking the "Configure Settings and Options"
button.
General
These settings deal with how Keylogger Pro should startup
with the user, as well as how you wish to enable it's advanced
stealth mode feature.
Scheduling
Agent
The Keylogger Pro Scheduling Agent allows you to setup a list
of actions and events that you wish Keylogger Pro's Scheduling
Agent to perform at a certain date or time. This is primarily
used to setup a timesheet as to when Keylogger Pro should
start/stop monitoring keystrokes.
Log
Location
The Log Location option allows you to configure a directory
that will store all of the Keylogger Pro data and keystroke
logs. This can be a local directory, a network directory,
or anything else you have permission to write files to!
Security
Settings
These settings allow you to tweak Keylogger Pro to prevent
computer savvy people from detecting and disabling Keylogger
Pro's operations and monitoring.
Startup
Alert
The Startup Alert feature will pop up a custom message to
the user each time Keylogger Pro is ran to let the user know
that the machine is being monitored.
Thread
Priority
The Thread Priority adjustment tool allows you to adjust Keyloggers
Pro speed on Windows. This is perfect if you have an older
PC and need to set Keyloggers Pro priority to something less
frequent. (Note: Only change this if you know what you are
doing!)
Stealth
Mode Hotkey
This is the Hotkey that you will use to remove Keylogger Pro
from stealth mode. The default hotkey is Ctrl/Shift/Alt/K.
If you change the Hotkey, make sure you remember it! If you
don't, you will not be able to remove Keylogger Pro from stealth
mode!
Misc
Options
The logging time-out feature allows you to fine tune Keylogger
Pro to prevent it from taking up resources if the machine
is not in use. The Automatic keystroke log clearing feature
allows you to setup a maximum amount of keystrokes to record
to your hard drive before they are cleared.
